IN THIS WAY, THE STUDENT THAT CONCLUDES A COURSE AT UNIVERSITY LEVEL AND IS ABOUT TO ENTER THE LABOUR MARKET FACES A GREAT CHALLENGE, THAT IS TO SHOW AT HIS RECRUITING, HIS COMPETENCE AND CAPACITY. THE COMPANIES, NOT LONGER SEEK A PROFESSIONAL TO COMMAND CERTAIN ACTIVITIES. THE NEED IS FOR A PROFESSIONAL THAT IDENTIFIES THE PROBLEMS AND ABOVE ALL IS CAPABLE OF LOOKING FOR, WITHIN HIS UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES, THE SOLUTION THAT HE NEEDS. SEVERAL TEACHING INSTITUTIONS BEEN ADOPTING COMPANY INTERNAL EDUCATION SYSTEMS THAT SEEK TO FAMILIARISE THE STUDENT WITH THE ACTIVITIES THAT HE WILL CARRY OUT WHEN HE/SHE LEAVES THE UNIVERSITY. EXPERIENCES SUCH AS JUNIOR ENTERPRISES AND RESEARCH GROUPS HAVE BEEN SHOWN AS A BENEFICIAL DIFFERENTIATION IN THE FORMATION OF NEW PROFESSIONALS. ACTIVITIES INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL FORMATION, ARE TODAY, INCLUDED BY A LARGE NUMBER OF UNIVERSITIES AND ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE STUDENTS FORMATION. SOME COME IN THE FORM OF END OF COURSE PROJECTS AND PARTICIPATION IN CONSULTATIONS WITH THE TEACHERS ORIENTATION. THERE DOES NOT REMAIN THE LEAST DOUBT THAT ONLY THOSE STUDENTS THAT FINISH HAVING HAD PRACTICAL PROJECTS ARE THOSE THAT GET TO PASS BEYOND THE BIDIMENSIONAL VISION OF THE BLACKBOARD WHERE EVERYTHING WORKS, TO THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL VISION OF PRACTICE, WHERE EXPERIENCE IS THE DECISIVE FACTOR.
